MMM2 NEWS [Page 1][Page 2][Page 3][Page 4]

I'm currently working on a sequel to Momentum Missile Mayhem, my most successful game ever. The game is far from finished at the moment, I'm still implementing new units, powerups and abilities. I haven't started working on the actual gameplay and balancing yet.

Here is the list of some new features:

- much larger battlefield
- new better looking terrain (see the screenshots :P )
- lots of new units, some of them would have special abilities like stopping your projectiles or absorbing them!
- 3 locations to place the launcher (left side, middle or right side)
- enemies coming from any direction (left, right or both!)
- destroying some of the boss-tanks would cause space rift implosion :P
- 3 structures to place on the battlefield (see screenshots)
- new abilities: navigation hack, projectile catcher (you will be able to catch and throw energy balls)
- all the powerups will be time based instead of single-use ones as in MMM 1.
- nuke no longer explodes on clicking, you will be able to drop it wherever you like.

I would pay more attention to the scenario mode this time. There will be different objectives like preventing certain types of units to pass or preventing certain units from collision =)))

Yes! i can't wait i totally love this game i believe this deserves a better score makes defense games funner and not dull it's aways a fight to kill everything it's extremely fun! i love this game and the second looks even better :D i can't wait i'm going to favorite that one too hope you get a better score you deserve tons more! i hope your next one will get more appreciated although one problem with the last one way! too long toward the end and you should add better help i made it to level 21 or 22 but it's just far too hard >_>

This is going to be AWESOOOM! Please, have more Scenerio levels if possible.

Is the ability to "Drag" vehicles you'r enot strong enough to lift and move still going to be there? I remember that in MM1, even when I only had a level 2 Vehicle Grabber, I was able to effectively SLIDE the Level 3 tanks into the other vehicles without having to pick them up, simply because of how fast I dragged my mouse to the side. Will that till be possible?

I'm not planning to change that.

How do you have tech level `6 on wave 1? o_o

That'll be the best game of All time!! The first one was way too easy, so please make it a bit harder, as I got finished the scenario in less than an hour.

There will be 30 waves in MMM2 Scenario Mode and it will be a bit harder. Each wave will have its own objectives and life-limit.

There will be special objectives like destroying a boss tank while all the others does not matter or preventing collision of certain units (while they are coming from left and right side, towards each other)

And of course there will be several other modes besides scenario.
Unlike the previous version I will make it impossible to play for hours in survivals, scoring ~500 000.

Yeah, this would probably be a final version. I've implemented every feature I could think of and If I make more it would be too repetitive.

It would be good if we could change the ammunition by clicking the number - 1, 2, 3, 4..etc.. - on the keyboard. That's a big pet-peeve of mine. Otherwise, BRING THE SEQUEL OUT SOON!!! LOVE THE GAME!

There will be hotkeys for everything.
